Welcome to BlockGuides! By using our website and subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms:

1: Account and Subscription

You must create an account to purchase and access our guides.
Subscriptions are monthly recurring. You can cancel anytime via your account dashboard.
No refunds are offered. The first month costs €1, then either €4.99 or €14.99 depending on the plan.

2. Digital Content Access

After purchase, you gain access to download up to 4 Minecraft 3D guides per day.
All content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.
We reserve the right to limit downloads to prevent abuse.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Stripe and PayPal.
We do not store full payment card details.

4. Affiliate Program

Not currently active; terms will be announced separately if launched.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site or content, including unauthorized sharing or commercial use.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

6. Liability

We provide guides “as is” without warranties.
We are not liable for damages arising from use of our content.

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or abuse the service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law.
